There are several ways you can do it.
Truthfully, I'd create a report in SSRS and deploy it to SharePoint. (SSRS has an integration to SharePoint feature). I've done webcasts on that. I can try to dig up the link to the webcast (it's been a few years, but I did multiple webcasts for it)
You can also create sharepoint lists that are associated with SQL data - though truthfully, if you can pull off the SharePoint to SSRS integration, that (IMO) is the way to go
