What does "nothing happens" actually mean? Is there a flash? Does the EXE show up in processes in Task Manager?

No, there is no flash at all, for a 20sec seems something is going on (like when I start any program) and after that nothing. EXE does not appears in task manager, only ntvdm.exe. I found on net that maybe solution is to install standard vga driver instead of original. I'll try that tomorrow. Program works fine on all others 32bit PCs.
