I'm hoping that GOP posturing as if there's a PP line item they can simply strike out, is just posturing. In fact most government money received by PP is from Medicaid which is a citizen entitlement rather than a PP grant. In those areas where PP is the only provider- what will happen to the patients? As usual this is one of those sensible concepts that turn into a cesspit when you scrape off the surface. ;-)
