I don't know Greg's library, but I'll suppose it will give you the possibility to read the value of a specific cell. The records in your worksheet seem to be grouped in a 10-row pattern, so it would be a matter of stepping through 10 rows at a time, and fetch what is in a specific relative cell in each group.

I'm heading home, now, and given some spare time, maybe I put forward a different approach, since you have the possibility to save the data into a self-contained XML file.
