Nice! I have three sons and no daughters which is probably a good thing. If the sons, now in their 40's, want something they go to their mother and let Mom talk to Dad. They call me on Father's Day and maybe on my birthday. I have 2 grandsons, same deal, go to grandmother.
I also have 3 granddaughters - you guessed it - they go to granddad. Granddad "understands" - translation “He’s an easy touch". My best friend has 6 daughters, the youngest in her 30's and none lives closer than 200 miles away. He averages about 20 calls a week from his daughters- "my husband”, “my boyfriend", "my car makes funny sounds”, “my cable doesn't do right", " I need a new ....".
Anyway, enjoy being with your daughter. Son or daughter they grow up very, very fast.
