They (dealers) have it listed as "Inland Freight & Handling". We went to 3 dealers (of different makes) and all have very similar price, around $800+. Even the car that is completely made in Korea (Hyundai) has the same price tag. So it must be just "added" so that they "have it."
Of course, all dealers are willing to negotiate (more eager than willing) once they see that a prospective customer is interested. My daughter was not so willing so we will continue looking.
