159 pounds - that's 36 lbs lost. About 18% from March 31.

A1C is now in the high normal/low pre-diabetic range.
Morning glucose readings have been between 90 and 110, and most evening readings after dinner in the 120-130 range

Morning blood pressure has been in the low 120s over low 80s range

Getting some other blood work done this week.
