this is an interesting topic for me - but as I am not familiar with the nature of manifests, could you help me to understand!?
Does the presence of a manifest in the project folder influence the building process, meaning it has to be there prior to building with the exact name of the intended product?
Or is it enough to distribute the manifest (named after the executable) with the .exe file to the application folder at the customer's site?
