I am waiting for the full job spec to be sent to me but here are some of the main points

Familiar with machines, operating systems, printers, networks etc etc

Is comfortable with working with remote access tools like Logmein

Has some programming experience - some with VFP would be an advantage

Familiar with web programming

Work is in the Hayes Middlesex area

Some after hours work is essential
