Again - what difference does it make? However we ended up in the current state of affairs it still has to be dealt with - which is the subject matter here - how to deal with it....and as you can see Trump is dealing with it like an idiot and making matters worse... unless you think threatening hell fire destruction like the world has never seen as some sort of brilliant diplomatic dialog spoken by a wise statesman that will bring a peaceful solution or at least deescalate the situation.
