Do you mean that the page footer is not printing at all, or do you mean that it is printing all pages except on the last page (when the summary ends up on a page by itself) ?

If it is the latter, and if we assume you're using VFP9, then you can select from menu Report / Optional Bands. If you want the page header to be printed on summary page (when it ends up on a separate page), then put tickmark on the "Include page header with summary". Likewise if you want page footer to print (when it ends up on a separate page) then put tickmark on the "include page footer with summary." Then click OK.
