As MS will not fix any vfp bug, we have to program around them. The mechanism of the grid cursor influencing the report (cursor?) is not clear to me, but the question remains if Dragans in-between step (if working at all) can be "optimized" into just using a second alias of the gridcursor as source of report cursor, sandboxing it from grid effects, whatever they are.
