Its not a matter of whether it is possible or not, because I do not see anything that is impossible, but more a matter of what features you want and how much resources you want to throw at it.
AFAIK there is nothing in VFP precooked so you have to roll your own. It might not be worth your time to develop this in VFP and look whether there are commercial libraries already providing this to you.
