>Hank is correct. The server stores the changes/settings for each user in the VM. So if the user is prompted for settings these will be stored on the VM and then available the next time the user logs into the server and starts the VM. But has Hank indicated, this VM is stored by server (or cluster). If another server is accessed, then they have to re-answer as this is a completely new VM that is created. I worked with a company that had Citrix servers on west coast and east coast as well in Europe. Each server is entirely separate -- but they share the same profile definitions (each profile is defined on each server cluster). Just the VM that is created from the profile is different on each server.
