I taught a mid-level VFP course using their coursework for a manual, and thought it was excellent. My only complaint was the amount of 'type this information into this method' work in each exercise. Although you need to do this kind of work in 'real life', it was a delaying factor as people spent more time finding typos than they did learning the theory/facts behind the exercises.

Overall, I'd recommend them highly. And if you're lucky, you'll get a better teacher than I was :-)
