>>>The one which was in FPD was quite useful at the time; the add-on with the same name was... kind of nice but not so well integrated. Code References was actually a better heir, although it missed all the file manipulation that was in the original Filer. But then I got used to not have it and found other ways to manipulate files on the outside.

>>If he means filer.scx which comes with VFP, I can't give a good answer. Nothing wrong with Filer.scx, but I haven't used it since forever. We have a one-in-all free tool which does the same as Filer.scx plus a zillion more things much quicker, GoFish4. If you count all the tools available which can be replaced by GoFish4, it's a high number. I have a shortcut, Shift-Ctrl-G to start GoFish4, why should I even try to remember every separate tool?

>GoFish4 is the one thing for which I have finally, after 20 years, created a custom toolbar. It does vanish after every clear all, but then I never do that - I have a routine which clears, sets paths, does this and that and, among other things, launches Thor. And I have an intellisense entry to run it.

When you are saying "custom toolbar", do you mean that when you open VFP IDE you see at the top a toolbar with "your" items? If yes, how do you create and "attach" it to the VFP IDE?
