The peak of anything may be 100% if it gets stuck, however realistically it's below 50% even when it does heavy data crunching (because the rest of it is offloaded to SQL server :). I just watched it today inside my VM which has only 2GB and 2 cores... never went over 50% total even though it ran both VFP and SQL and it grew the mdf from 600M to 3,2G during the process (migration from a legacy db).
