>Look at NetUserGetInfo() returning USER_INFO_11 structures, which includes privilege details, or NetUserGetGroups() to check membership in a group for the local user. Checking other than the currently logged in user will require administrative rights. You can also look at NetGroupGetUsers() to see if the local user is a member of a group.
