FWIW do not directly provide an Excel sheet on a form. Instead (and only if you have to do it) use a web browser (shell.explorer) control on form and navigate to an xlsx file.

PS: I posted sample codes years ago, but now unfortunately I can't even search my own messages. You or someone else might get to one of those messages.
