I have done all you and Tore suggested but failed. Then I tried reinstalling VFP9 and tried again. However it still failed. The only difference are the successful one is a real computer but the failed on is a Windows 10 Hyper V virtual computer. Before upgrading to Windows 10, there the layout works in both real and virtual computers.
