if nothing works than you should also try to play with the "comptability" settings.
Win10 Desktop -> VFP or your EXE shortcut -> rightclick ->Properties -> Comptability, here you have different checkboxes, unfort. mine are in Dutch, so I might translate otherwise than Microsoft, anyway the first checkbox: This program to be executed in comptability modus, the 4th checkbox: Disable optimalisation for full screen
Try them all or one of the two.
