ActiveX controls in VFP
Title:
Registering ActiveX
I recently had to do a clean install of Windows 10 Pro on my system due to getting blue screens (I think the blue screens started after a forced update of Win10). I am now having trouble registering an ActiveX control that I had previously had installed before the re-install of Win10 (was working in Win10). I first have to register MFC70.DLL due to the dependency of the ActiveX on the MFC classes. However, I am getting an error message when I try to use REGSVR32 to manually register MFC70.DLL (it gives the message that it is not compatible with Win10). I am running the cmd.exe with Admin rights (run as Administrator selected).
Does anyone have any ideas on getting this registered? Do you have the merge modules for MFC70.DLL and can send them to me? Any help is appreciated...
