It's general bug for ODBC driver "Microsoft Excel Driver (*.xls)" and OLEDB driver "Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0" after last security updates.
Use ODBC driver "Microsoft Excel driver (*.xls, *.xlsx, *.xlsm, *.xlsb)"
