Also on a different anti-depressant for the last month and feeling better personally. Strangely the depression and anxiety levels skyrocketed as all my other numbers dropped. Normally I just try to keep it in and deal with it, but the last few months have been a struggle personally.

I know I used to give Mike Beane (rest his soul) a hard time about his issues and addictions and demons and his actions - partly because I have them myself. I don't know if I'll ever go so far as to say, "There but for the grace of 'insert spiritual leader' go I", but I'm realizing over the last year I had more in common with him than I realized.

(And I do miss him)

Right now (knock on wood) is the best I've felt in a long time. (Of course, I just jinxed myself) :)
