No we shouldn't have any literacy tests to vote. If anything this is an indictment on the American education system. And then there are people that are just too lazy to actually learn about anything regarding politics or international affairs and get their news on Facebook and then believe the stupid crap that the Russian troll farms dish out. Most American's can't name any of the supreme court members, an alarming number can't even name the 3 branches of of the government and most have no clue who their state representatives are...the list goes on and on. Look when you vote for a racist serial liar misogynistic creep with zero political or community service experience to be president of the USA you have made a dumbass decision. When you see the results of the dumbass decision and still support the creep, then you have another set of problems all together. At least this is how I look at it.
