I am getting a message about file access being denied referencing the .EXE when I try to compile the app.

I tried running the .EXE and got a message that windows cannot access, that it may be a problem with permissions.
I tried deleting the .EXE from the folder and get pretty much the same message...about permissions.

I've never "dealt" with permissions before so not sure how to handle this. Nothing has changed on my pc. I'm still running the same Windows 10.

I tried deleting the entire folder to restore from a backup, but it wouldn't let me.

Curiously the app runs fine within the development environment. It just seems to be the .EXE that is screwed up.

Any ideas....pretty much lost as to what to do now.
