>>> In cause you've missed the news flash Trump is incompetent.

>You've often said that the US voter is even more so.

No - I've always said the American voter is stupid - never said they were incompetent.

>What do you suggest?

First I suggest we work on education so that people are not so stupid as to think it's a good idea to vote for such a person as Trump to lead the country. Our schools need to do a better job of teaching about our government and how it works as well as topics in international affairs. Some geography would be nice as well. Some personal citizenship would be nice so that people understand that it's wiser to stand up for humanity that flags an anthems.

More than one in three people (37%) could not name a single right protected by the First Amendment. THE FIRST AMENDMENT.
Only one in four (26%) can name all three branches of the government. (In 2011, 38% could name all three branches.)
One in three (33%) can't name any branch of government. None. Not even one.
A majority (53%) believe the Constitution affords undocumented immigrants no rights. However, everyone in the US is entitled to due process of law and the right to make their case before the courts, at the least.

When you have this much stupidity in the country that means in politicians and make ridiculous claims to the public about what they will and won't do in office - which in turn results in widespread discontent from that same public when they realize that these politicians can't deliver what they've said during the campaign. Trump is of course a perfect example of this.

>I've got a great idea.. let's impeach everyone - Trump, Pence, the House, the Senate, the Supreme Court .. and .. most importantly... those dunces you like to pounce on who voted for all those idiots.
>Do you see where that leads?

Yes I understand your frustration - I really do. But few things on that ok - first of all it would be a better idea to educate everyone (although seeing how our incompetent president appointed the incompetent Betsy DeVos,as secretary of education I don't see much hope for that in the short term). But your thinking "lets impeach everyone' is the kind of thinking that got us into the mess to begin with right Bill? Like I said - I understand your frustration - feel like government isn't working anymore, politicians aren't getting things done - and you just want to shake up the old etch & sketch and wipe it all out and start over...so you voted for Trump. Ok fine -- but you know what dude? It's time to just say hey -- ok I got a little caught up in the heat of the moment and got carried away and maybe putting up the star-wars wallpaper wasn't such a good idea. it's time to take the star-wars wall paper off the the kitchen wall and just admit you got caught up in the moment and yeah -- it was a mistake and the wallpaper has to go. Just admit it was a mistake to vote for Trump and move on already instead of trying to defend the indefensible.
