Nah, that is free speech, and since it exists only in the states, only/every other gov is forbidden to do likewise.

I wonder what US would do if Putin created a perfectly legal Delaware company with Russian funds and employees of that company meddled in an US election - would that be lobbyism or foreign influence ?
