>>I have to ask you - do you believe the women or not?

At the risk of your not following the logic: who was the ethicist who said this morning that much of what is described as "belief" in these cases, is in fact merely expression of partisan politics? Since I have no partisan politics, I say I believe the women, and that I also believe Moore. I agree with the evidence experts who say that both sides may even believe they're telling the truth. But again I side with Benjamin Franklin and eminent jurists that I'd want more than just accusations to destroy a man's aspirations.

>>I know exactly why he was kicked off the bench twice. 1. His defiance of federal law over same sex marriage (and telling probate judges to defy the law) and 2. his refusal to remove an enormous Ten Commandments monument despite orders to do so by a federal court.

Correct. Neither of which belonged in your rant about all the evidence for his hebephilia (not pedophilia if you believe in accuracy.)

>>And while you're verifying that I encourage you to read up on his rulings and statements regarding the Eric L. Higdon case. (do so on an empty stomach because it will make you sick).

Reading his actual words I see Moore arguing that Higdon was guilty of rape but that one of the sodomy laws also used to convict him seems inapplicable to his case. Moore's exact words were that sodomy rape is an abhorrent crime that should be strictly punished though on the second law "I am concerned the court is stepping into the shoes of the legislature in this case." What now is supposed to happen is that the legislature looks at the law in question and clarifies how it should be applied.

What's disgusting about that? Please, no paraphrase or partisan editorialization, just accurate quotation of what made you sick.

>>1st 60 seconds of the video - Trump saying it on video should be accurate enough I would think.

That does not support the allegation you made about Trump. Trump's point is that Moore denies it and that you have to listen to him too. Seems that Trump is on Ben Franklin's and the jurists' side on this one.

>>..and you keep ignoring that this is not a court case - its an election.

Yes I've heard that talking point that collapses because principles of democracy and fairness don't get shelved during an election, which seems to be the guts of this sound bite. Sheesh, if Moore is found guilty, of course he should be stood down. What's difficult about that?

>>DO YOU BELIEVE THE WOMEN OR NOT? YES OR NO.

SEE ABOVE.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
