>>>>>Now since everyone actually likes the AHA (although some claim they don't, when they figure out that they like many of the things it does they come around...)
>>>
>>>IMHO even critics like some parts. Example: inclusion of pre-existing exclusions seems more popular as critics age and develop chronic conditions. Of course once they hit 65, one of the bigger socialist healthcare schemes in the world takes them under its wings, pre-existing conditions and all.
>>>
>>>>>There is no question that part of this is a racist action -- the GOP is hell-bent on undoing anything that Obama did (as is Trump) -- and there is no question that part of this is racist because Obama is black and Trump and the GOP just can't handle that fact..
>>>
>>>Not convinced. Occam's razor is satisfied by "this was done by the DNC so it needs to be overturned."
>>
>>Not convinced of what? That Trump's mission appears to be undoing all that Obama did? That his reasons for doing so are at least partly racially motivated? That Trump is a racist? Unless you've been living in a cave and haven't watched what he's done or listened to anything he's said there is no way you can't see this. And the GOP is falling right in line with all of this b.s. too.
>>
>>>>>One thing that can happen as a result of this horrid tax plan that was passed is that it can backfire on them and start movements and more voters coming out to vote against these worthless scumbags the next election.
>>>
>>>That's what will happen if it's as bad as you say and the DNC doesn't sabotage attempts to remedy faults.
>>
>>I think we will see a huge number of qualified democrat candidates emerge - and a lot more of them women. Hopefully the DNC won't jack it up.
>
>I hope so - the qualified democrat candidates, I mean. I have always been a registered republican but consider this:
>I have voted for 10 of the last 11 governors of Florida. Some were democrats and some republicans. The only one I didn't vote for was McKay who assumed the office when "Walkin' Lawton " Chiles died. I voted for Chiles when he ran against JEB and then voted for JEB because I felt each was the best person for the office when they ran. I also voted for Crist and then for Scott when he ran against Crist for the same reason. Likewise, I voted for Bob Graham and Rubio for the Senate . How far apart can you get? For representative I voted for Charlie Bennett (one of the best ever) in every election from 1964 in both the 2nd and 3rd districts(Jacksonville) until I moved to Carrabelle in 1980(back into the 2nd district). In the 2nd district I voted against Boyd in his first contest and then for him until 2010 when I voted for Southerland (2 wins 1 loss) and then for Dunn. For president I voted for Cruz in the primary even though my first choice was Kasich. In the general election the only real choices were Trump and HRC. I would have voted for Johnson before HRC, so I voted for Trump. Now, I would put him in the "exceeded expectations" class. If Trump fails I would certainly consider a democrat but right now the line up looks pretty slim.

....'so I voted for Trump. Now, I would put him in the "exceeded expectations" class'....

OMG really? I'm curious as to how low 'expectations' can get and how one can rationalize 'expectations' of Trump to of exceeded 'expectations' of HRC. Nuts man - just nuts.
