Michael,
It's called a postnet barcode. The size is predefined. It is used for all sizes of zip codes but only the 12 digit (zip + zip4 + delivery point (2) + check digit) will get the discount. I'm sure you can find several true type varieties on the Web probably as shareware. Just print the appropriate digits using the postnet font. It's possible if you have Word 95 or Word 97 you already have the font since those applications can print postnet barcodes on envelopes. Check your list of fonts in the fonts applet in control panel.
