I would appreciate some suggestions on selecting a package to help build "simple" web pages and sites for small companies. This is actually for a small company of mine.

Some of my goals would be:

Modern web site look and feel instead of something like old FrontPage (useable for tablets/phones in addition to desktops)

Help me learn web development in the process for potential future web development.

At first, no live data is needed but would like to be able to collect email addresses from users (but would like the site to be able to use live data at some point in the future if needed.

Able to embed training video's, etc.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
