That depends on why and where.
Our pilots engaged a few Russian pilots flying MIG 15's in North Korea.
No one seriously suggested that we should invade Russia.

Our troops fought Chinese troops on the ground in Korea.
McArthur wanted to chase them into China but fortunately Truman overruled him and Ike followed suit.

Exactly what I had In mind.

Geographically, logistically, militarily and in every other way the US can do fine on its own if need be.
Any country in its right mind wants to trade with the US, and that's OK if the terms are right, but fighting for other people to be sure that they like us is insanity.
Anyone who does not go overboard- deserves to.
