Microsoft has release Quantum Computing toolkit for Visual Studio 2017. You can create multiple Qubit matrix using a new language extension called Q#. It appears to basically easy to apply, and can have a matrix up to 20 nodes (that's 2^20 node links). If you are not familiar with this technology, the website provides nice videos and articles to explain it.

I suggest that you check out. The future will be in Quantum Computing sooner then you may think.
