https://www.fidelitycharitable.orgThe way I understand you can place money in a Donor Advised Fund (even if you have to borrow the money) in 2017. You take a deduction for the amount placed in the fund on your 2017 taxes. Then, instead of making nondeductible contributions you have 5 more years to donate out of the fund to charity.
