Yes, there might be a boom, but the structure of this bill makes the rich enormously rich and further concentrates wealth into fewer hands
The dems have been silent so far. My suspicion is that they want this bill to pass more than the repubs do.

Trump was elected because of the corruption of his opposition - repub and dem.
The swamp needed some serious draining.
This bill fills it more.
The big question is - can the dems shed the Clinton/Schumer-led Wall Street influence that has corrupted the party since the Clinton era.
If the dems can do that, we could be looking at a dem senate, house and presidency in 2020 and a new beginning for the country.
If they can't whether it's a dem or Trump is not really important.
