In other words,what windows activeX object do you use for speech recognition and what is your windows version ?
there is at least in my knowledge two systems shipped and installed in windows 10 .
-Sapi.dll (SAPI.SpVoice activeX object) : can be done programmatly from vfp.
-Cortana (interactive only..to confirm).
