However you must configure your microphone with this trick:
type in windows start : %windir%\Speech\Common\sapisvr.exe -SpeechUX
you get a dialog to configure your microphone (to make the PC able to hear what you speak) :see the attached.
i suppose that the sapisvr.exe works afterthis step (to confirm).
