1. The 'search' button used to be inside the 'windows' (the very left button). You click on that button and have an option to type the search and it will search among the existing programs as well as among web. Now that button is separate.

2. It used to be that the few items I opened the last (say, run our C++ Sales application) will show at the top of the All Programs for easy access. I don't see them anymore

3. Some weird new problems with Chrome. Normally I don't shutdown my laptop, I just close it. Next time I open, all my tabs are there and functioning fine.
Now (after that latest update) if I'm not active (e.g. went out for a few hours or to sleep), my Chrome is no longer responsive. I have to close and re-open again.

These are the things I noticed starting recently - I think it happened after the update about a month ago, but may be something else is at play.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
