I have the same settings, I don't remember if I have changed anything else that should affect updates.
Under "Windows Update" -> "Change active hours" I have set 08:00 as start time and 17:00 (05:00 PM) as end time.

NB! I actually updated earlier today, which was a relatively big update, so I can't really tell whether anything was changed by the update itself (read: Microsoft).
