Basically, five things:
1) Cut out almost all sugar
2) Cut way down on carbs
3) Took metformin every day
4) Ride at least 30 minutes on my elliptical bike every day
Cut my A1C by a little more than half, and dropped about 55 lbs
Formula was pretty simple - doing it was a bit hard at first, but once I saw results I wanted more results.
