>Prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one's own race is superior.

I'd have to say that most of the people I met in Japan, and many Chinese I know would fit that description, along with a lot of Irish Catholics, Hindus, Mormons, Menonites and Orthodox Jews.

That's a few billion people, give or take a few million.

One of my best friends was disowned by his Greek-American parents because he married an "American" woman.

I'll stipulate that Trump is a crude, nasty, obnoxious boor, OK.

Having cut my teeth in business with people like Trump has probably desensitized me. That's how people talk and act in certain businesses in NYC.
During my college days, I caddied for people like Trump. That was quite an earful!

But what he says, however crudely he says it, is being said more politely billions of times a day.
Call him a racist if that makes you feel good, but the term is meaningless.

If people kill other people because of race - as did the lyncher's etc - they're murderers, not racists.
People who die for racial reasons are no more dead than some who's killed in a hold up.
Murder is a terrible crime.
Racism, or whatever you want to call it, is how billions of people make daily decisions.
Anyone who does not go overboard- deserves to.
