The NYT supported Bush's decision to go to war in Iraq.
Hundreds of thousands of people died because of that war, and people are still dying.
Granted, they did it with a lot more elegance than Trump has shown, but I don't think Trump's body count is that high yet.

As justification for publishing the article the NYT said:
"A book published this month, “Fire and Fury” by Michael Wolff, asserted that even Mr. Trump’s own advisers and associates questioned the president’s fitness for office."
That article would have flunked any journalism course I took.
Anyone who does not go overboard- deserves to.
