The amazing spider webs revealed in the Panama papers confirmed misuse of NZ foreign trusts to conceal wealth from all over the planet. Embarrassing when the then-Prime Minister was a bankster 1%er who ought to have known better. Laws had to be changed but there's still billions swirling opaquely through those trusts because of kiwis willing to act as officer placeholders/stooges in exchange for pieces of silver.
