>>But you can also blame Obama for giving the Dreamers a lifeline that wasn't attached to actual legislation - some analysts predicted this day would come.

It's strange that people who call Trump a dictator for wanting to undo Obama's executive order, continue to fawn over Obama's use of executive order *contrary to federal law* that created the issue in the first place.

It's a little more complicated since Congress has granted POTUS reasonable leeway to secure the border. But if that makes it peachy for a president to write a memo granting temporary amnesty contrary to law, how can it be dictatorial to undo it the same way?

The problem for the Dems is that Trump is 100% correct about this being the American moment. And despite the US MSM's encouragement for international disparagement of Trump, a lot of educated foreigners were awestruck by that SOTU. So unless they can pull a Russian conspiracy rabbit out of the hat, the combination of jobs, prosperity and the idea of American Renaissance is going to make his detractors look like a coven of bitter hacks trying to hold back the American Dream.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
"
-- Shakespeare: Coriolanus, Act 1, scene 1
