The two cases have nothing to do with each other and are totally different. Either one can be prosecuted without the other.

The reason I suspect Kushner might be busted is because they let Flynn off so easy and he is working with investigators -- there are not to many fish that are bigger fish than Flynn - but Kushner is one of them. Pure speculation on my part though - but one thing is obvious, and that is there is for sure fish bigger than Flynn on the line.
