>>>>So it's all the FBI agents and the prosecutors have all teamed up in some wide-ranging conspiracy to trick 4 judges in a secret plot against Donald Trump then? That sounds equally absurd.
>>
>>Prosecutors?
>>
>>I've now stated 4 times why I think it matters and you continue trying to paraphrase/straw man into something else. A special prosecutor will help prevent this sort of nonsense going on forever as US democracy falters.
>
>I responded and you responded to my response.
>
>>I note you ignored the point about the special prosecutor- again. Why so afraid of a special prosecutor?
>>
>>>>This is what every single lawyer who's dealt with FISA warrants has said. This is an example of journalist doing their job. As far as I know this has not been disputed by anyone "in the know".
>>
>>It's a nit. Either the pee pee dossier was used to convince a judge of cause, or it wasn't. Clearly it's going to descend to partisan bickering as soon as Schiff's memo is released- so timely appointment of a special counsel can nip that in the bud.
>>
>>>>FISA warrants are supposed to stay secret. That's part of the whole problem with them releasing these memos to the public -- they have now violated that trust,
>>
>>Where were you when all the classified leaks were happening to disadvantage Trump? Including Comey's. Meanwhile can we please not pretend that FISA warrants were released by this memo- apart from a pee pee dossier published ages ago. Unless Schiff denies something publicly that can only be shown to be another lie by releasing the warrant, so far no sources (apart from Steele and info he leaked to Yahoo) are revealed. As both those had been speculated extensively in the MSM, only the bad actors are uncovered in this memo.
>>
>>>>Looks like they have just voted to release the rebuttal memo now -- now lets wait and see what Trump's excuse is for not signing off on releasing this one.
>>
>>Right. So the DNC members all voted AGAINST releasing the first memo, but there was a unanimous vote to release the DNC rebuttal that could have been blocked by the GOP majority. And you turn that into a hit on Trump.
>
>Yeah - result of public outcry -- they voted against releasing the rebuttal memo at first lol...now they can pass the buck to Trump, who probably won't approve of the release.
>
>>>>The only reason he released the first one is because the thought it would be politically adventitious - obviously this one will not lol.
>>
>>It will if it provokes a special counsel to investigate. Lets wait and see.
>
>ha..yeah right - we need a special counsel to investigate the investigators of the special counsel counsel about their investigating and investigators. Hey we should have an investigation on that.

Face it Victor, HRC lost and Trump won. All of your fantasy theories and "jailhouse lawyer" logic will not change anything unless you can convince 67 US Senators to agree with you. In the last 220+ years no one has been able to do that but good luck.
