Easy to do with a few thousand bucks. But lets say you want to stay cash heavy waiting for next flash crash or you have to pay lots of cash each month ? Safe deposit boxes are NOT insured for cash in banks and on-site ssafes are a waiting period, not a show-stopper.
And really:if central bank starts to take money for overnight cash flow of "normal" banks, what should they do ?
