You maybe very close to what is causing the problem. I have 3 ASP.NET applications, exactly the same on 3 different Site on the same VM server. Two work and one does not. I thought that all three sites were installed in the identical matter (and I have checked it many times). But I will double check to see if the "faulty" one is running as a service (which it should not). Strange is that the "faulty" ASP.NET can call the application that writes to the folder but the Printing is lost (without error).
