Okay, I have a problem.

I have a database, in which one column there are several nulls. Those nulls need to be the equivalent of the last filled field. So what I need is a way to find the next field in that column, determine if it is a null, and if so, make it the same as the previous record. If it is not null, then it needs to copy that field and check the next record.(Office 97)...
I'm a beginner at VBA for access,
so any help would be appreciated, and if any clarification is needed please
let me know.
